12-Month Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage

This product comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Covers major defects, manufacturing faults, or hidden faults under normal use.

Does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or cosmetic issues (scratches, discoloration, etc.).

Warranty is void if the product is altered or used beyond its intended purpose.
2. Reporting a Fault

Transit damage or visible defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Other product faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Faults discovered after 7 days may still be covered if they are hidden faults under normal use, but evidence may be required.
3. How We Will Assist

Where possible, we will first provide replacement parts or repair guidance.

If the product cannot be repaired, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returned items may be inspected. If damage is determined to be caused by customer misuse, the warranty claim will be denied, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. How to Claim Warranty

5. Australian Consumer Law

This warranty does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under ACL, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure or if the product does not meet acceptable quality standards.
