Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you decide you no longer want the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product dimensions, specifications, and installation requirements are suitable before purchase.
Returns under Consumer Law
Under the applicable consumer law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item has a major problem, such as:

If the issue is considered a minor problem, we may offer a repair, replacement part, or exchange instead of a refund.
Visible issues or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
Other product faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Hidden faults that appear later will still be covered under the warranty period as required by applicable consumer law.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in reasonable condition, unless the product itself is faulty.

Returns without original packaging may not be accepted.

Items showing signs of misuse, improper installation, or customer-caused damage will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a confirmed product fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for non-faulty returns, where legally permitted.
Warranty
All products come with a 12-month warranty in line with applicable consumer law.
Wherever possible, we will first offer replacement parts or repair guidance to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. If this does not resolve the problem, an exchange or refund may be arranged.
